Please join us for our 2022 Fall Fraud Conference hosted by Palmetto ACFE, ISACA, and IIA Palmetto Chapter to be held IN PERSON in Columbia, SC on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, and 6 hours of CPE credits will be provided. We hope to see you there!

Leighton Johnson, the CTO and Founder of ISFMT (Information Security Forensics Management Team), a provider of computer security, forensics consulting & certification training, has presented computer security, cyber security and forensics classes and seminars all across the United States and Europe. He has over 40 years experience in Computer Security, Cyber Security, Software Development and Communications Equipment Operations & Maintenance; Primary focus areas include computer security, information operations & assurance, software system development life cycle focused on modeling & simulation systems, systems engineering and integration activities, database administration, business process & data modeling. He holds CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CIFI (Certified Information Forensics Investigator), CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional), CAP (Certified Authorization Professional), CRISC (Certified in Risk & Information Systems Control), CMAS (Certified Master Antiterrorism Specialist), ATOL2 (DOD Anti-Terrorism Officer Level 2), C|CISO (Certified Chief Information Security Officer) and MBCI (Certified Member Business Continuity Institute) credentials. Sean Leonard, GASF, EnCE, CCPA, CCO

Sean Leonard has worked in the digital forensic industry for more than 6 years.  He  currently works out of the digital forensic lab in DHG’s Charleston, SC office.

Sean’s typical work consists of imaging, extraction, and analysis of digital devices such as phones, tablets, and desktops while also having the capability to preserve and analyze data from email, social media, and cloud accounts. Analysis can include anything from recovering data to proving guilt through computer artifacts. The clients Sean works with cover a wide variety of matters, including intellectual property theft, improper computer use, hacking incidents, malware incidents, family law, personal injury, worker compensation, and financial fraud.

Alex Perez- Caballero, Data Governance Officer

Alex has 8 years experience in managing data collection programs and data governance efforts with a focus on public sector data systems and is currently the Data Governance Officer for SCDOT, designing and implementing an enterprise-level data governance program.

Previous experience includes managing state-level criminal justice data repositories and supporting multiple state campaigns in their production and use of voter data for a presidential campaign.

Topic - Will be discussing data governance programs in general before going into more specifics about data classification for privacy protection.

Jamie Miller, Conscious Communication 

Jamie has been a Motivational/Profit Speaker for 10+ years, created a course called “Conscious Communication” and has been referred to as Dr of Communication and Wizard of Communication (https://www.artofconsciouscommunication.com/).

Topic - This talk will provide guidance and breakdown the formulas and principles that can be used in communication to create predictable outcomes.

After listening everyone in attendance will be more conscious on how to engage in conversations by controlling the direction of them and simultaneously become more aware about the psychology of what we should and shouldn’t be saying.

Marc Punzirudu, PCIP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP 

Marc Punzirudu serves as a Senior Director for SISA Information Security, where he provides thought leadership and supports strategic customer and partner engagement as part of SISA's North American Expansion. In addition, he partners with both the product and marketing departments as a lead cyber evangelist, while delivering cybersecurity advisory to global clientele. 

Prior to joining SISA, Punzirudu spent 15 years in cybersecurity and technology, holding titles such as CTO and Global Vice President while contributing to the growth of organizations such as PKware, NTT Security, ControlScan, and Coalfire Systems. He has delivered executive advisory for many cybersecurity projects and has a passion for creating streamlined risk and compliance programs. He has performed and supported hundreds of PCI DSS assessments as a PCI QSA, working with a range of organizations from SMB through Fortune 50, with a focus in retail, hospitality, petroleum, and merchant services.

Punzirudu has earned multiple certifications and credentials, including PCIP, CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, and served as a PCI QSA for over 10 years. He holds Bachelor degrees in both Computer Science and Computer Engineering from University of South Florida. Currently, he is the president for SC Midlands ISACA and serves on multiple other boards. Outside of the office, Punzirudu is an avid reader and movie buff who enjoys hacking everything from computers to his coffee machine.
